Part 1 · Using this website

This website is run by Michel d'Or Ltd. (Business Registration No. TBC), Unit 5 & 6, 5th Floor, Wah Shing Centre, 11-13 Shing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Our content. The photos, texts, product designs and the Michel d'Or name and logo on this site belong to us. The 18969 self-locking display box is our original design. Please don't copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.

Accuracy. We describe our products as accurately as we can, but photos and descriptions are for guidance. Colours on screen can differ from the real product. The details in your quotation or order confirmation are the ones that count.

Links. We aren't responsible for the content of other websites we link to.

Part 2 · Quotations and orders

Quotations

Prices are given by quotation only. A quotation is valid for TBC days and is in TBC (currency). Prices exclude shipping, import duties and local taxes unless the quotation says otherwise. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing.

Minimum orders

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and on the logo method. Your quotation states the minimum for your order. TBC

Your logo and artwork

By sending us a logo, name or artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that putting it on our products doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You agree to cover any claims, costs or damages we face if this isn't true. We may refuse artwork we believe infringes someone's rights or is unlawful.

We use your artwork only to make your order. It stays yours.

Proofs and production

For logo orders we send a proof. Production starts only after you approve it in writing, so please check spelling, colours and position carefully: we aren't responsible for mistakes in an approved proof. Small differences in colour and position between the proof and the finished product are normal in printing and engraving. Delivery quantities may vary by TBC% for custom orders.

Payment

Payment terms: TBC (for example, a deposit with the order and the balance before shipping). We start production after we receive the deposit. Goods remain our property until they are paid in full.

Delivery

Lead times in our quotation are estimates from proof approval and payment. Goods are shipped on TBC terms (Incoterms® 2020). You are responsible for import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your country unless agreed otherwise.

Defects and returns

Please inspect the goods on arrival and tell us about any defect or shortage within TBC days, with photos. If goods are faulty, we will repair, replace or refund them. Products made with your logo are made to order, so we can't accept them back for any other reason.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the Hong Kong courts have jurisdiction.
